Volunteer

We know that the kind of people that like conferences on justice also tend to be the kind of people that like to help out. So if this sounds like you and you're happy to stay behind-the-scenes to enable others, we'd love to have you as part of our team!

Before you sign-up, make sure you know what it means to be a volunteer:
  • Volunteering is open to all interested but due to the nature of some jobs, we can't promise there will be something for everyone, so will contact you direct to accept your offer of help.
  • Volunteers are onsite unpaid and as such will not have access to the conference programme/grounds outside of their designated shift.
  • Volunteers will be given guidance and a team leader - these people are there for you if anything happens and you're not sure what to do.
  • We do love volunteers, so we look to keep you fed and watered and won't give you any job that is beyond your abilities.
  • For Health & Safety, it is not advised that shifts are done concurrently. We reserve the right to conclude your shift at any time.
